With high expectations of all staff planning, marking, quality of work and assessment are scrutinised via termly quality assurance.

Lead Practitioner and the SLT team cross reference planning with work in books, ensure standards are high in lessons with a good level of differentiation evident and that marking moves learning on

Staff are supported to improve practice, T&L workshops allow us all to share good practice and learn from each other

Key Achievements

Marking

100 % of all teachers now follow the marking policy. 100% have shown significant improvement when providing constructive feedback which moves learning on.

Quality

Outstanding Lesson observations are now in line with the number of good lessons observed.

Engagement

100% of students left school with a nationally recognised certificate in Maths and English 2014/15.
